Will I always receive 10 suppliers?

Are suppliers verified or audited?
We review available public evidence. This is not a factory audit, credit check or guarantee of quality. Confirm certificates, samples, identity and commercial terms before purchasing.
How long does it take?
Supplier Discovery targets one business day after confirmed payment and a complete brief. Complex requests may take longer; we keep you updated. Negotiation begins after sourcing approval and depends on supplier response times.
What if a supplier does not reply?
We record outreach and replies from approved suppliers with usable email contacts. Suppliers may decline or remain silent. The final comparison distinguishes received offers from unresolved or unanswered threads; an offer or lower price is not guaranteed.
Can I ask for corrections?
Message us inside your request if a result does not match the submitted brief. We review the concern and explain the next step. New products or materially changed requirements may require a new request.
What am I paying for?
A one-time research fee, or research plus supplier negotiation support. Product purchases, freight, samples and inspections are not included. Review our Terms for scope, cancellation and remedies.
